Where You Can Use Your Shell Gift Card:

Purchasing and using the Shell Gift Card:

  1. Type in the Amount: Enter the amount you want to load onto the Shell Gift Card.

  2. Purchase the Gift Card: Complete the purchase through Paylab.

  3. View your Gift Card: Once your purchase is completed and the Gift Card is in your Paylab Wallet, click on the "View gift card" option to access it.

  4. Add to Your Apple Pay/Google Wallet: Add the Shell Gift Card to your Apple Pay/Google Wallet or Samsung Wallet for easy access and convenience.

    Subject to the available functionality of the participating site, the Card may be used in-store through the mobile wallet functionality in Apple Pay, Goole Waller and Samsung Pay. The card is not available for online purchases or for use in or via any other too (including but not limited to Shell Card Go app). Redeeming your Shell eGift Card in-store:

To redeem your Shell eGift Card in-store, you need to add the eGift to your Mobile Wallet and simply tap your Mobile Wallet on the EFTPOS/VISA machine to make a contactless payment.

To add your Shell eGift Card to your Mobile Wallet, follow the below steps:
1. Go to the Wallet app on your mobile device.
2. Click on the plus (+) icon.
3. Select Debit or Credit card on the next screen.
4. Enter your card details from your eGift.
5. Your card has now been added to your mobile wallet.
If your purchase is larger than your card balance, ask the cashier to redeem the gift card for the exact amount available on the card & pay the remaining balance with cash or another form of payment.
