Through the portal, invite employees to use the Paylab app, where they can:
  • Access earned wages: Allow employees to withdraw up to 50% of their accrued wages before payday for a small fee (5% of advance value) paid to Paylab by the Employee
  • Save on everyday purchases: Employees can buy gift cards and enjoy instant savings at top retailers

Employees can download the Paylab App and keep track of their instant cash rewards and wallet balance enabling online and in-store purchases and day to day management
